The regulation that new service stations should be 1km from each other is not practical in big cities like BT & LL at least 500m is okay. I take it that this 1km is radius and if you apply it in say from LL crossroads roundabout 1km radius covers Bwandilo, Area47/2, ABC, Mchinji/Kaunda roadabout, Area3, 4, 5, 6, 9 & 46 all served by 1 filling station! Do we want to start queues at filling stations? By the way how many cities in the world are using this 1km regulation. Please avoid reinventing the wheel!

I am glad MERA has a new boss. The old boy from Chiradzulu who failed to become a Priest was becoming too much of himself such that he never thought that what goes around , comes around – aulaweko ulova. He has messed up many married women in the name of Chief Executive. He has a tendency of laughing at others when they lose their jobs. The only problem I have with these positions are political appointments. Government must change its direction by advertising the vacancies to level the playing field..
