You reporter learn good reporting by not influencing non-MHC landlords into raising their house rentals. You were scripting MHC story then you deliberately approached non-MHC landlords to ask them leading questions about raising rentals. If in Malawi there are people who receive meager salaries journalists are one of them alongside primary school teachers and migwanya so take care how you do your reporting otherwise once private landlords raise their rentals you will be one of the hardly-hit victims and unfortunately you can’t even dare hold strikes.

Go ahead MHC as the economy is not stable , hence maintenance expensive as well.

Costs are not Fixed as we think but rather variable or semi-Fixed remember and this comes in line with activity output. In this
case we are looking at our current currency value to the famous US Doll which determines the cost of items on the market
you believe it or not.Expect costs to rise or skyrocket and not decrease over time based on the economy.
