The whole Cabinet Minister wasting her time on being briefed about the filing system. After that, then what?

The late reporting for duties by most civil servants in Blantyre is not intentional. Rather that the mode of travel from home to the offices is not as economical as it used to be when city buses that plied the roads were available and affordable. In these hard economic times civil servants spend huge sums of money per month just to catch minibuses to go to work. May be the minister can have a talk with the Transport Minister so that city line buses are re- introduced as it used to in the glory days when travelling was made easier.… Read more »
