Kodi at these rallies, are people allowed to ask questions? Because obviously what this minister was saying is nonsense and has too many loopholes.
Was the road budgeted for?
How much was budgeted for?
When you say works will start soon, what does that mean, because Jesus is also coming soon?
When were the tenders advertised and which contractor won the bid?

One day this guy will tell Northerners “that the president has promised me we are BRINGING the MOON to the North”.
I wonder why people even bother to go attend his rallies. Anthu aku Rumphi North nanu masankhasankha!!! He will one day AUCTION you munthu uyu!.
In fact with the caliber of some deserving people from the North (level of academia and integrity) isn’t it an INSULT to Northerners that this guy is even a minister? Anthu inu?
SHAME!!!

When is “soon”. DPP is renown for posturing and rhetoric with no results on the ground. Just make sure that if you indeed construct the road, that is high-end, durable and long-lasting. Don’t let any of your officials take any type of “20% facilitation fees”. The road construction should commence before May 2019 otherwise we will take it as campaigning.
