You have a point honorable but politics make good plans fail to yield fruits.there are many youths who have graduated from various technical colleges from across the country who are not empowered. Instead of empowering these you go on opening more colleges simply to gain political mileage. You introduced yedef , what has been the impact? There is the green belt initiative very good one, what has been the impact so far yet millions and millions mks are being drained. We talk sweet but act sour.
