Please dont fool us Mr Nankhumwa, the issue of vehicles missing was raised months ago and you are only commenting now. Even the officials at the council would have commented if what you are saying is true. Tell us where the vehicles went and which cadets have been using them.

He didnt comment but he responded to a question raised in Parliament. He even mentioned the garages that are holding these vehicles in Mzuzu and Lilongwe for those interested to cross check. In Mzuzu vehicles are at My Lord Garage and in Lilongwe at Kamuzu College of Nursing. These are facts to be disputed with contrary informationif you have any.

Why didnt the council itself explain where the vehicles were when the issue was raised? These vehicles have just been planted there.

that is general problem for all govts. check for the past 30 yrs what has happened when it comes to auditing. this is where pple find lopholes and because too much workload for auditors it becames difficult to audit properly which also compromises standards. may be the govt should increase use of private auditors more

DPP senior members are untouchables. The missing vehicles might be used by DPP senior officials at district level. Nkhotakota is one example but in many MDAs, govt assets are missing. Those who reject DPP shady deals are punished as we see it. Mukadzamva wakuti satha ntchito ndipo ndi wakatangale, dziwani kuti munthuyo anatsutsana ndi mfundo za a DPP. Munthu ameneyo amaimva kupweteka ntchito mpaka kupanga “resign” or being transferred to remote areas as corporal punishment.
