Political leaders and especially those in government should have learnt a lesson that you don’t plan to solve an immediate challenge but rather plan for the future. We all know that all the three cities will be highly populated with vehicles in the next 5-10-20 years. Their plans should be well coordinated in terms of infrastructure to support such increase in population, commercial businesses, water & sanitation, energy needs, schools, hospitals etc. someone should already be sitting with how these cities are going to look like in 5-10-20 years from now. without this, ministers will be caught with their pants… Read more »
Lets hope that the quality of the roads will be acceptable. Some of Malawi roads are really pathetic. One wonders who recruits these civil engineers and on what criteria?

We need fly overs dual carriage are outdated! Developed countries like USA still get traffic jams with 8 lanes. We need fly overs and underground tunnels for future generation! Chilima already said Intercity trams and city to city trains you old idiots. UTM woyeee.

Make a road/bridge from area 47 sector 4 to the road that goes to Bingu Stadium from Area 18 round about.
Make a road that crosses Lilongwe River from Malangalanga to Escom. If you do that people will appreciate
