Free education is funded by taxpayers. DPP is just shifting chairs to please voters and it will be short-loved to say the least. I would urge UTM to make another controversial prouncement so that DPP-led govt can implement immediately. UTM has just made a pronouncement about blackout being a thing of the past. DPP, how are you going to respond to that?

Surely Mchacha is running the DPP government. APM is clearly demonstratably demented.
