The law should recognise witchcraft and devise a procedure for proving the same in a court of law. We cannot continue to pretend to believe that witchcraft does not exist. Poverty in Africa is generally perpetuated by acts of witchcraft.

It’s difficult to prove beyond reasonable doubt in court of law. So it can’t work
