We have been so lenient to these Mozambicans for too long it is high time for us to act now. These Mozambicans have been so cruel to us but all we do is MOU.I was surprised the other time when i visited Dedza,i saw some Mozambicans in Dedza Boma there buying their groceries and other staffs without any document. The following day i got a news that the Mozambican Police has arrested Malawians for just going to talk to their friends who are along the border.Let us show them that we can also act

Stories like this one make me sick! why should Malawians be held captives in their own waters by those cheap opportunistic village police men? I think Malawi is too polite for today’s world arrangement. I agree with Malo A Maloto . By the way how did Mozambique end up getting part of our lake? This is insane! I think we must rewrite those borders in the east with Mozambique. They are not right. Lake Malawi is Lake Malawi, and nothing else.

The writer ends his article by saying: ‘Lake Malawi is shared between Mozambique, Tanzania, and Mozambique . . . .’ It seems that Lake Malawi is no longer shared by its eponym. The error cannot be corrected merely by exchanging ‘Malawi’ for one of the ‘Mozambique’s because Tanzania has no share of Lake Malawi. Lake Malawi is shared by Malawi and Mozambique. Tanzania ends at the Lake Shore.
