I am surprised that Kabwila has seen the ills of DPP with the cloth for independence celebration and yet chairs in Parliament are decorated in DPP colour when the national assembly is supposed to have a neutral colour as is the case in the UK (Green) or Kenya (Brown). This is how DPP took the advantage to believe that people are blind and are not concerned and therefore can play its game with the colour of cloth for independence celebrations. This is also true in churches and othe public functions where some churches have deliberately ignored their colours and print… Read more »

‘YOU CAN HAVE A HUNDRED DEGREES BUT IF YOU DONT HAVE MORALS AND VALUES, YOU ARE MORE OR LESS A TRAINED DOG’ SOMETIMES IT IS GOOD TO PARTICIPATE IN SILENCE, KABWIRA. THIS WAS TIME FOR DEVINE INTERVENTION. LET PPL OF GOD ONLY TO SPEAK FOR THE NATION. DO NOT CREATE ANOTHER NINIVEH IN MALAWI WITH NOSEATIN MESSAGES

i don’t see any problem here. read literally that nsalu says at Malawis 53rd independence Professor Mutharika was president basi. All this noise is just from people with nothing to say. You just see everything bad in what government of the day does.

I understand the argument by Hon. Kabwira and company on this issue, but let me tell you all that there is nothing new here. Politicians have always tried to confuse Malawians with such things. It was actually started by the MCP! Hon Kabwira, between 1964 and 1994 how many Malawians were able to tell the difference between the National Flag and the MCP Flag? Very few! The colours are the same, the only difference being the rising sun which the majority of Malawians cannot even notice until today. PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN GLASS HOUSES SHOULD NOT THROW STONES. Kkkkkkkkkk!

Don’t think parties doing that before takes away the fact of the issue: which is ‘this is uncalled for’. for us to be taking comfort in what we do now based what was happening in ’94 means we as a nation we are not making progress. Just saying
