Isn’t the so called human activists who made this law in active? During Kamuzu’s era, no man could kill another man for fear of being hanged to death but when multiparty Democracy came into being, these stupid activists argued that that the law is archaic hence it has been in active! Even Lucius Banda composed a song against the law” CHIGAWENGA CHOUMA MTIMA CHIMAPHA MUNTHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!! NGATI BOMA LICHIBWENZENZERA ZASIYANA PATIIIIIIIIIIII X2 SINGING! SO who is to blame the government or the stupid activists?

My friend the Analyst and others, I think you can now appreciate the importance of having a lawyer as a leader. Much of what you say cannot be dictated by the president. Don’t you know that there is separation of power amongst the Executive, Judiciary and Legislature? If you have a country where the president issues orders to courts, won’t that be a dictatorial state? If any of the advisors of APM can read my article, please convey my thanks to the president and tell him to stay focussed as he is doing. The very same insane people want to… Read more »

O……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..O Gonthankutu . . . who would worry if APM shows his dictatorial tendencies on such an important issue as this? . . . and who doesnt know that APM is already a dictator? . . . . . . is it not APM who just woke up someday and upheld the suspension of the anti-gay laws? . . . . . . why is he failing to do the same now for the sake of protecting his own people? Does he have to show dictatorial tendencies on such useless issues as gay issues; and fail to do the same… Read more »

People including Mayaya must be careful. The law is clear on decency as walking with just a panty on is naked in Malawian terms definition of nakedness. Kalindo is enjoying immunity and may be spared from arrest by the police, but the followers I am afraid may be arrested for indecency. My standpoint is that Kalindo has miserably failed to use his negotiation skills (or he doesn’t have any at all) to convince his fellow law makers to support his cause. I expected him to stand firm in Parliament with a strong sense of purpose to get every MP behind… Read more »

March on, the Albino cause will remain current! it will be captured and probably beamed on Zodiac, Times, CNN and BBC. That a Member of the Honorable House has spearheaded this effort is remarkable. Even if no death sentence or executions resumed, it will still be a success in raising the profile of the the plight of our brothers and sisters with albinism. From now i will take this Winiko guy serous. A warrior, brave and a true Patriot!

International observer, you seem not to be international. Revolutionaries start with such kind of people. Kalindo is not insane as you, but a person moved by passion to serve others. that is what we call empathy. What the hon. Kalindo is doing is what patriotic citizen does. Extremism, though considered not appropriate for those at the centre, has been the ingredient for real change in most societies.

This MP is truly insane. Does he want to tell the general public that he used this mode of transport from his constituency to get to Lilongwe? Some of these copy and paste antics will lead the country nowhere. So just because you want people to see you as Magufuli hence this nonsense? This Kalindo is indeed a Comedian cum Clown. Paja amati “Chitsilu chiri chonse chiri ndi mwini wache” – Awa ndi a DPP. Charles Simango amawatchula kuti “Dzitsilu za m’mudzi”. As everyone has rightly put it, instead of buying cheap sympathy from the unsuspecting public, why can’t this… Read more »

O…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..O While this cause is noble, am afraid it will yield nothing! . . . You see, demonstrations only make sense if made against people with reason, hence a sense of shame. . . . African leaders are as unreasonable as they are unashamed of their failure or incompetence. Its therefore a waste of one’s time to stage a demonstratinon in a bid to pump reason into unreasonable people. . . . If you think am lying, check on yourself again after the 23rd. Nothing will change! ……………………………………………………………………………………….. What you Kalindo could have done, is not to go beating about… Read more »
