How has Lunguzi categorized these projects political projects? What I would want to know is whether these projects were started and that funds were diverted or abused. But if these were just mere campaign promises, then they can not be projects at all. In my understanding of a project especially a building construction project to be specific, there should be a source of funding besides having done the appraisal. This therefore should not stop the government in putting forward for more projects to be done in future besides those that stall. BRAVO MP LUNGUZI!!!!!! If we had 6 women MPs like you in the Parliament,at least we would have seen great improvement in the country.CARRY ON MAMA,YOU ARE PEOPLES’ ISNPIRATION.The majority of our MPS,are just dead-woods,waiting to amass wealth,while their Constituents,are coughtup in an imaginable poverty.LUNGUZI OYEEEE!!!!!!
