Every day we have plenty of opportunities to get angry, stressed or offended. But what you’re doing when you indulge these negative emotions is giving something outside yourself power over your happiness. You can choose to not let little things upset you. Quite encouraged by Rev Malani Mtongas gesture

Why most MPs when they are donating gifts to the needy they want to be on TV it is not necessary to do that it is waste of tax payers money that is part of their KPIs from the Speaker so no need to put them on TV they can do that silently no one will complain

We people in leadership be it in Church or in Politics We are constituted so that simple acts of kindness, such as giving to charity or expressing gratitude, have a positive effect on our long-term moods. The key to the happy life, it seems, is the good life: a life with sustained relationships, challenging work, and connections to the constituency . Bravo Hon Mtonga!

Christmas is the spirit of giving without a thought of getting. It is happiness because we see joy in people. It is forgetting self and finding time for others. It is discarding the meaningless and stressing the true values. Hon Mtonga you have just done the right thing at the right time. May the good Lord continue to shower more blessings on you and Mama Joyce Banda
