MP Sam Ganda dies after losing battle with cancer

Former deputy Transport minister Sam Ganda has died in India after losing a battle against cancer, his personal Assistant Blessing Nsona has confirmed the development.

Ganda: Huge loss

Ganda was a member of parliament for Nsanje Lalanje.

He entered parliament as an independent member but joined the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) then defected to People’s Party (PP) and rejoined DPP after he won as an independent when he defeated PP’s candidate Lawrence Sitolo.

“A voice silenced too soon,” said Professor Mclean Ndafakale a close ally of Ganda.

“So very sad to hear of the death of our  colleague Sam Ganda. Thinking of his family and friends. Lovely man. RIP Sam,” said Ndafakale.

Details of his funeral will be announced by parliament.

Ganda has died at the age of 53 and is survived by a wife and 2 children.

Iwe Ngwazi tell your so called men of God to invade all hospitals in Malawi and give their healing prayers so that all patients should come out from the hospitals. Why do they conduct the so called healings in stadiums running away from where the sick are?
