Hon Kamanga is MP in the august house and pretty well knows that the money under LDF was approved by parliament for a specific purpose and not what he did. When CDF is used to build a bridge, anyone who wishes to cross will do regardless of political affiliation. When It comes to distribution of farm inputs and other food and non-food items we know that political affiliations come first.

Govt has rules and regulations. Dc kasungu knows this and we dont why he authorised this diversion of funds? Arrest for Dc and MP is immenent here. Did every voter benefit here? A bridge benefits all. Who made selection of beneficiaries? I can see corruption here. My question to Dc do guidelines of CDF allow this? If not then its abuse of public funds
