Anthu muli ndi vuto!!!Chonyozelana ndi chani? If govt doesn’t send someone for the training, whose fault is it?? People apply, someone has to pay for it. Having worked on both fronts, I can tell you here that the most educated and highly trained people are in govt. Believe it. In govt, problems start from the top……the issue of allowances has made a big mess. Scrutinize all budgets in govt. 30% or there about are allowances. We have to change something’s and not blamining people here.
