The fact that Lutepo’s companies do not appear on the charge sheet leaves a lot to be desired. I have my reservations on the accuracy of the Baker Tilley Audit for the most likely thieves JB and her son as number one thieves could not appear on the list. Lero mukumanga anthu wamba.
