The Govt.has money but fails to prioritize. It is management by crisis. We are waiting for fate to determine our future.
The staff at Lands need to be changed this story of non payment of rentals is going on for to long, there is need for fresh faces there, most people have overstayed, funds are diverted for personal allowances
