Doesn’t this tell us what opposition MCP is all about – enriching itself. How on earth has Chakwera allowed Lunguzi to move a motion on an issue that is blatantly an abuse of government money under the guise of MPs meeting to discuss issues during elections.

So, Juliana Lunguzi is the leading MP who wants to pocket more allowances and opposition MCP which claims to be more prudent actually wants to pocket taxpayers money. Shame on you. You are defrauding us in the name of elections. That’s why MCP is useless as an alternative government.

I think ma shadow akupatsani matha, kuzikwezera sitting allowance and approving Nov and Feb parliament sitting.No wonder ma MPs akangoluza ena amafika pokhala a kabaza..

Don’t fund them. If they love their constitutients they will meet gratis(self financing). If there are unfinished businesses, they should not worry the next cohort will finish after all parliament is a house of record.
