This was not a forum to cover up really issues and cheat the world mr minister. The Education status shared by the minister (if he deserves the name) lacks truth and reality on the ground. I doubt if this minister knows the real status of our education system. I know, him and his colonies do not send their children to public schools hence they don’t mind. From primary to tertiary education, the system is on the death bed. Great words, Mr Msaka! Unfortunately the realities of the ground appear different. Is the extra budget reaching the intended purposes? Personally, I cannot understand how your ministry and your government can let university students drop out because of fees and maintenance. These are your brightest boys and girls capable of developing your country. Your student loan system doesn’t work. I know this first hand – we have picked up a number of students who deserve that support but never got it.
