The simplest and fitting headlines should have been “Mulhakho wa Alhomwe holds a fundraining dinner/dance in Lilongwe” – other than mentioning Mulli as if all the event was centred on him and organized by him. In all fairness Mulli is naturally of the same tribe therefore he had the right to be there let alone donating money.
If Mulli has 3million to donate why doesnt he pay for this distressed loans/debt at MSB?
Those are wise words about culture from the President. Contrast that with Kamuzu’s incessant promotion of everything that is Chewa, and putting down every one else. Abale inu, eh! And the aLhomwe were probably treated with most contempt by that dictator; they were definitely ignored as if they were tribe non grata! Asa.
