Who had the powers to give him the forced leave? Who again was given the powers to allow him resume his duties? Is it the same Board? When the Board says it will sit down to discuss his fate, which Board is this, the same Board which stopped him from working? What are the results of the investigations? Why don’t they decide his fate while he is still on the forced leave?
