This is not a murder case from my understanding and the way how i have followed this news. The man was in his farm guarding his produces then he saw a thief in his farm.As a security guard he was trying to protect himself. And from what i have read we don’t know whether the deceased had a weapon or not.Besides all these, its just the same like a flying squad police chasing the armed robbers, its who shoot first and the same applies to this man too

I really doubt if this is murder. Possibly this should be treated man slaughter. Our laws must not encourage laziness. Our economy wants hardworking people like Francis Kapachika.
