When stories of divisions between APM and SKC first became public, DPP was quick to dismiss them as mere rumors, works of the detractors of the party. Even with glaring evidence, DPP will never admit anything that will tarnish its holy name. Remember the K145 million kickback. By nature political leaders are power hungry otherwise they wouldn’t survive the dog eat dog (political) realm. Nankhumwa is young and dynamic in his approach so obviously may be seen to be power hungry (although he’s supposed to be anyway).
