One would have expected a brief CV/Resume of the appointee from the writer of this story rather than just copy and paste of what Muhara has written in the appointment letter. We all know that he is an MP just like the other 192 in the house! What’s so special about him? You can do better than this Nyasa Times/Thom.

Watha nzeru Peter. Why is he keeping the job for Chaponda? He knows that if he fills the position he will have to bloat the cabinet to bring back Chaponda as he has too jelly a spine to fire people.

Please note the Deputy Ministers do not attend cablnet meetings. Therefore, the MOA has not substantivee political head and anyamata are free to dance around.
