We have Cabinet Ministers, like che Nankhumwa, he is a Local Government Minister, but frm his speach, it clearly shows that he is empty tin who have nothing to offer the ministry he is heading but to siphone frm there, thru allowances, etc: George Chaponda, was boasting that he is the performer, while he was busy global trotting, getting allowances 370 days per year as Foreign Affairs and International Cop- operation Minister, busy deploying friends and relatives, recalling those who have no relatives, yet Malawian representatives are and were busy siphoning Thousands of dollars from Malawians for personal use.
