In other countries the 17 arrested protestors would not have been given bail by police. But in Malawi police the police has been reduced to nothing. Better guard wa G4S amaopekako.

Malawi is the only country in SADC that is awash with president’s billboards, masking the total failure of the country. It is shame that after more than 50 years of independence, the country is grappling with issues of food security, poverty and tribalism. Roads in Malawi are appalling but vampires around the tribalist president still hover around praising and parading him as irreplaceable leader. When will Malawians really wake up and get rid of mediocrity and tribalism? Every sector of Malawi’s government/economy is ruled by a Lomwe, simply to facilitate looting of government money, while the entire country watches helpless.… Read more »
