Can he build Nsanje port in Mchinji. Ignorance is not a good thing. What you are forgetting we cannot have the port built without the Mozambique government giving us access in the Zambezi waters. Zambezi is not a no man’s land. The idea was great, but every project has its own challenges. It may not happen today or next year but it will happen.
