Has political will to do so…this matters alot .. look during bakili muluzi/JB,we had many donor funds flowing in but coz there wasn’t that political will to have the projects done that’s wy there was nothing on the ground but broad day thievery

Very true my fellow geriatric, we shall not vote for a cruel party which killed engineering student Chasowa, which killed brilliant journalist Tenthani, which gunned down 20 unarmed youths, 11 of tgem in Mzuzu, which slaughtered professional Ngaunju, which has been vomiting with Asian criminals to syphon trillions of our resources.
