Remind me again as to why we should be clapping hands for fish for swimming. It is shameful that a whole minister is launching an upgrade of a K20million bridge. pass those responsibilities to councillors so that you can focus on bigger issues like raising funds for the by-pass/Highway in Blantyre whilst driving the execution of the Transport Master Plan in general. That will be time wisely spent.
