Congestion is eased but we have very stupid town planners and politicians in Malawi. Take a look at the road from Kamuzu Central Hospital to City Centre. Kamuzu already planned the bridge to be a dual carriage bridge. Since 1994, nothing has been done. Is the whole president not ashamed that that is the road from town to Capitol Hill or City Centre?
