The problem is that Dpp uses Mota ENgIl as contractors for almost every thing in Malawi because they get Big Kickbacks and they deposit that money out side Malawi. Some is deposited in Portugal. They do that so that they can cover all of their corrupt activities. Do you know that Peter And Bingu have several Houses in Portugal. These houses were bought By Mota ENgIl and given to them.
