Livestock sector in Malawi is in shumbles with little to show case in Malawi. Currently its a few foreigners that seem to lead the sector in investment especially in beef and poultry. Chinese and Indians have seen the opportunities and invaded the poultry industry. Market opportunities for skins and hides is a day dream, its not there.
