How does this man choose which global conferences or workshops to attend. In the bigger scheme of things there are better and much more relevant regional and global meeting to attend. There is BRICS happening right on the doorsteps with Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa heads of state discussing how Africa can benefit from funds mobilised under BRICS Bank. The Fund is likely looking at investing in mega renewable energy projects, roads, rails, ICT, education, health etc and yet our head of state finds it useful to fly to France, for what? And I remember 2years ago the very global fund issued a warning to our government to stop plundering resources meant for ARVs after Beam cashed in .
