Unless Lazarus breaks into the southern region and convinces the people that he too is Dpp then he can as well forget. Dpp works on numbers not region. Chitipa belongs to Dpp so is likoma and nkhotakota . Then urban kasungu and lilongwe..the eastern region with atupele..MCP can bark the next 40 years and still not get into govt.
