Indeed mindset change is the way to go at the same time we need to have a national strategic plan if ever our developments efforts are to be meaningful as projects get abandoned after regime change the Late Bingu was recognised by his developmental efforts through the landslide victory which ushered him into the second term as that was the only way a commoner could say Dr you deserve it as the works of your hands have beared the witness so lets all change our mind set by praising what is worth and start enganging ourselves in positive critisims in… Read more »
