Actually if there was a chance to arrest Pitala he should have been arrested for admitting that he corruptly awarded a K2.5 billion contract for the construction of offices in Thyolo to Masangwi. How could he award such a massive contract to a party member. How was Kaliati’s daughter sent to embassy. This man is corrupt and no wonder don ers have shunned Malawi. Now the truth is coming out about DPP shenanigans. Noel Masangwi was awarded a MK2,5 billion contract. How many of similar contracts have been awarded to DPP leaders? If an MP is approaching you Mr President to settle their whooping MK400 million debt, then they must have been encouraged by what you have done for others……settling their personal debts.
