Problem is that the majority of civil servants, the low paid ones, were not at the party. You won’t get their vote.

For four solid years it never crossed your mind about houses for the civil servants because the OPC in conjunction with the ministry of Home Affairs have been constructing staff houses for the police. All of them are no longer commuting from rent houses what a feat! The truth is that these grand achievements including such capital projects are matchless in our history.
