Mr Chikuni if the sewer line burst how did the ceases found themselves in a sealed waterline. Please be objective. So many I can go into a sealed waterline how much more rubbish are people drinking even as I am writing. I am sure you share the responsibility for not maintaining your waterline. It seems our government system is rotten. Political appointments result in this kind of maladiministration. Shame to the government.
