That’s what happens when the country is developing,most people are overtaken by events,lot’s of entertainment,prostitution,very small girls underaged are going out with big men who visit Mzimba,lot’s of money dilutes importance of education.Very worrisome indeed and this is the right step to award teachers so that they can raise their upstairs for education development.It’s not only Mzimba’this is a universal problem.It’s not quota as per others say,it’s about changing attitude towards education.

The message is clear, no matter the fight, they will end at their parents homes: quarter System has discouraged many in the north, this could be one of those discouraged.
