I disagree with Valov. The Mayor is not selfish because under his leadership, the road to from Luwinga to Nkhorongo, and Chibanja to Chiputula have been tar-marked and yet his ward is Mchengautuwa. So where is the selfishness here

This mayor is very selfish. The only road well-tar-marked in the location where he stays, is the one going to his house. This idiot considers himself to be very important. In my view, not deserving to be MP, not even a mayor.
