It has seven serving points but what you will find is that it has only two serving the people as is the habit with most banks in Malawi. NBM bought INDEBANK and this increased its already large customer base but you find most of the times in most service center’s, the serving points do not have staff to attend to long queues of customers leading to spend more hours in banks.
