The fact is that every party in Malawi and of course Africa when elected into power it automatically becomes corrupt. What happens is that when in power the ruling party’s first priority is to defend the presidency as if the presidency will be conducted a year later. It sees the opposition as enemy number one. Therefore it does everything which it sees will save it from falling. For these tricks to work money should change hands. If things are to change in Malawi, the leadership needs to be checked, this is where all the problems are coming from and the view that these problems spring from the presidency is not far from the truth!!!
