Mzuzu is well positioned for business. There are many potential investors within Mzuzu who can handle such development, however, most are discouraged by poverty stricken Malawians who are against any good idea. Why can’t the City assembly just give the land to private investors and share in the rentals than rot the place for 21 years. Secondly, please the lands department and the city assembly should only give land to those that can develop it. Why give people with no 💰 land, what will they do with it?
