Launching MDGS III is not a silver bullet to woes that Malawi is facing right now. There are a number of things that you have to do to set Malawi on a course to achieve its MGDS/vision. An excellent strategy is nothing if it can’t be executed ruthlessly; you’d need right people with credible skills and attitude to realise the MGDS III.
