This MDGS is supposed to run from 2017?So its already running, right?Or it was delayed? Just focus on reducing transactional costs i.e.good road infrastructure to agricultural centres .We know which areas produce most of the food we eat here in town.Just to give a guide a good tarmac road connecting Mbalachanda to MZIMBA.Make energy available 27/7.Anyway development plans are already there at Capital Hill just need someone to dust them up .Needs someone who. can implement them.Kodi vision 2020 inatha?
