What we teachers must do is that none of us must produce medical certificate, and then see what Maneb can achieve.

IF all teachers are not fit who is going to mark Exam; MANEB does not pay Teachers their allowance in time hence they abscond to find food somewhere; The environment in which these teachers are accommodated is alot to be desired ; the food they eat during exam marking is pathetic that they can be sick; This is combination of nuisance; Chain of nuisance;
I used to mark MSCE before I quit teaching and the exercise is so demanding that it is sheer impudence to further demand medical certificate for one to mark examinations. You wake up very early and knock of so late just to increase the number of papers you mark in a day as you are paid according to the number of papers you mark. When other Civil Servants work outside duty station they are given DSA before they leave. But teachers cannot be given DSA. I feel for my fellow teachers still in the profession.
