Unfortunately It doesn’t reflect on the service we get from NRBW! We still have to wait for water connections! We still have to line up in long queues or go all the way to Kawiluwilu to pay, while other utility bills can be paid by phone or on several Supermarkets or filling stations. Let’s hope you will invest in costumer service and your infrastructure and not like it seem, in pleasing your laid back employees and board members!

The clients were compliant and hence the figures. If they were not, even if the CEO was one of them this could not have been achieved. Beside this, there has been less kusolola which is part of any monetary transactions today in organizations as witnessed by many scandals in many institutions.
