The money given to NSO was far enough because there is always wastage in terms of allowances and fuel. This is the time people working for NSO claim allowances when they are not involved in the census and also drivers are seen at filling stations redeeming fuel coupons for cash. There so much theft at NSO and this has been going on for a long time because even auditors are involved in the theft. Donors should not give extra money to NSO because all this money will end in pockets of people.
