Ntaba saying his team has done the best, well, their best is not good enough according to the recipients of the delivered service. Our politicians are so used to setting the exams and giving themselves a score on their own. The other sad thing is noting Ntaba saying he will meet with the association to report on progress.. where was he all this time?? He is only meeting them coz he’s now been outed. a failed dpp government in many sectors, look at electricity, health, education, irrigation, mining, water etc . Dpp is only good at making promises which end to nothing.
